Jacob Daneshgar joins CBRE as an Associate, leveraging a robust background in commercial real estate and the multifamily sectors. Raised in a real estate family, he developed expertise early, which was enhanced through his education at USC and roles at commercial real estate firms in Los Angeles. Born and raised in West LA, Jacob will spearhead multifamily transactions in and around Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. He works alongside John Boyett and Josh Ross on Team Boyett, the leading Multifamily Investment Sales team for CBRE in Los Angeles County. Team Boyett has closed over $500,000,000 in total consideration across more than 100 transactions over the last couple of years alone. Jacob utilizes his vast knowledge of investment real estate to represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of apartment buildings in Los Angeles. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Development, Jacob excels in real estate finance, investment, and market analysis. He has experience as a project manager, where he learned the day-to-day operations necessary for a thriving multifamily investment. Jacob also applied his education at USC through hands-on experience underwriting and conducting market research for real estate firms.
