Jake Dibble is CBRE's Development & Project Management Senior Director leading the New England market based in Boston, MA. Mr. Dibble's team acts as trusted advisors to a myriad of local, national and global clients across numerous industries for developers, owners and tenants through all phases of a project including strategic planning, due diligence, entitlements, budget and schedule management, design coordination, procurement logistics, construction execution, move coordination and project reconciliation.

He has experience in managing a variety of complex project assignments across multiple industries and sectors both domestically and internationally including development, asset repositioning, infrastructure upgrades and numerous large interior renovations. His strong interpersonal, management and technical skills built on the foundations in the construction industry serve as a valuable resource for building strong, lasting client relationships.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Dibble held a Senior Project Management position at Mace Group where he managed a Team responsible for Burberry's retail roll out program across major U.S. markets. Additionally, he managed the design and construction for a new 300,000 SF medical office building. Responsibilities also included strategic business development for the Project Management Team in New York City.

Before Mace Group, Mr. Dibble was with JLL where he managed a portfolio of UnitedHealth Group's (UHG) international and domestic real estate projects. Internationally, he led project teams and a 300,000 SF portfolio across multiple locations in the UK and Philippines. Domestically, Mr. Dibble managed an estimated 500,000 SF of various commercial real estate projects throughout NY, NJ, CT and RI.

Mr. Dibble also managed projects for Bank of America's (BAC) real estate portfolio. Primarily he managed the strategic oversight and client interface for his team responsible for renovation 50 banking centers throughout NY/NJ. Additionally, he delivered various projects throughout the U.S. including over 100 renovations and capital improvement projects as well as the strategic support for a $100 million renovation capital plan throughout CA, NE, AZ, OR and WA.
