Mr. Sereno attended Occidental College, graduating with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Political Science. Upon graduating he worked as an analyst for Frazier Capital Valuation in Downtown Los Angeles, eventually becoming a senior commercial real estate appraiser while attaining a master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. Mr. Sereno specializes in the valuation of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, as well as proposed construction projects and FF&E. Additionally, he has ample experience in the valuation of special use properties such as gas stations, car washes, golf courses/country clubs, waste facilities, recreational facilities, sports & entertainment venues, movie theatres, and leasehold interests. Mr. Sereno’s experienced has led him to value commercial real estate across the United States.
