A Dallas native, Jad Charif is a tenant representation specialist, focusing on the office sector within CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services in North Texas. In his position, Jad has the unparalleled ability to partner with CBRE’s Dallas office experts while continuing to gain experience across all asset types.
As the commercial real estate industry continues to evolve, Jad is always finding new ways to leverage CBRE’s vast platform to provide a full range of integrated services and puts his clients’ interests first to achieve the most favorable business terms possible. His clients benefit tremendously from his effective communication skills and ability to effectively lead throughout the transaction process.
Throughout his educational career, Jad held multiple leadership roles including the Director of Recruitment for the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program, a premier program at TCU’s Neeley School of Business.
