Jade Stull serves as Global Head of Onboarding & Client Management within CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting (IA&R) business, where she leads strategic functions that enhance client experience and drive global growth. In her role, Jade oversees:
- Client Onboarding: Developing and executing scalable onboarding strategies for complex, multi-market accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and strong foundations for long-term partnerships.
- Client Management: Supporting Client Account Leaders with operational frameworks, insights, and best practices to deliver exceptional service and strengthen client relationships.
- Lift-Out Transactions: Leading high-impact lift-out initiatives with large global clients, aligning talent and resources to accelerate integration and unlock value.
With a proven track record of onboarding multi-billion-dollar portfolios, driving efficiency gains in client management processes, and successfully integrating teams of 100+ professionals, Jade combines strategic vision with precision execution. She is passionate about creating client-centric solutions and fostering collaboration across global teams.
Previously, Jade led CBRE IA&R’s EMEA & APAC business from Amsterdam, following roles in U.S. property accounting and eight years in KPMG’s audit practice. She holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa, is a former CPA, and serves on CBRE’s Women’s Network Advisory Board.
