Jake Marthens began his commercial real estate career working for a brokerage firm in Scottsdale, Arizona while attending Arizona State University. As a Sun Devil, Jake was captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team and received 2nd Team All- America and 1st Team All-Conference honors and was recognized as a Scholar Athlete. Over the course of his 61-game collegiate career, Jake tallied 153 goals & 37 assists. Jake continues to stay active and recently completed the Los Angeles and Big Sur Marathons.
Jake’s dedication and drive led him to Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he specialized in representing a wide variety of clients nationwide in Investment Sales and Leasing. He was a recipient of the company’s Pacesetter Award, which is given to agents who exemplify the company’s core values.
Jake’s extensive market knowledge, exceptional service and innovative real estate solutions attracted the attention of one of CBRE’s top advisory & transaction teams who recruited him as a Senior Associate in 2023. Jake joins an established team of real estate professionals with over 150 years of combined commercial real estate experience & more than 3,000 lease and sale transactions totaling 80 Million SF and over $6 Billion in consideration.
Jake’s tireless work ethic, unmatched integrity, expertise in cultivating and maintaining relationships and ability to assess situations and implement actions have made him an asset to every client and potential client he encounters.
