Jake Miller is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services, focused on industrial sales and leasing throughout the State of Idaho. Mr. Miller has constantly been a top producer throughout his career, and is considered one of the top industrial brokers in the state. Mr. Miller joined CBRE in 2020, with the opening of the Boise, ID office, where he oversees the industrial practice group and leads a team of three industrial brokerage professionals.
Since 2021 Mr. Miller has been involved in more than $715,000,000 worth of Sales & Leasing consideration throughout the State of Idaho. Mr. Miller is currently responsible for more than 3.0 MSF of active industrial listings throughout the State of Idaho, as well as several million square feet of active tenant requirements.
Mr. Miller is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designee, as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. Mr. Miller holds a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver. Mr. Miller also serves on the board of directors for the NAIOP Idaho Chapter.
