Jake Parker works for CBRE as an Associate Broker in the Birmingham, AL office. As a native of Montgomery, AL he has intimate knowledge of the Alabama and Southeast markets. Jake provides a wide range of services that include site selection, landlord representation, tenant representation, as well as representing clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of properties and land.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jake worked for Sullivan Wickley in Atlanta, GA where he was responsible for Acquisitions, Site Selection, Site Design, Land Entitlement, Permitting, Rezoning, Preconstruction Management, and the Development of Single and Multi-Tenant Retail projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest.
