James Bellamy

Mr. James Bellamy serves as a Senior Valuation Analyst with the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group located in Greenville, South Carolina. Mr. Bellamy is a detail oriented commercial apprentice appraiser, with 33 years of logistics experience who transitioned into commercial appraising. Mr. Bellamy has over 4000+ hours of supervised appraiser training. He is highly skilled in market analysis, property valuation, report preparation and client relationship management. He is extremely productive at analyzing and problem solving using research and market data.

Mr. Bellamy’s primary focus will be on Right of Way (ROW) appraisal, litigation support and testimony as well as related advisory services type work servicing the Southeast region. Mr. Bellamy will be working on a wide range of infrastructure and land projects both proposed and existing property types as well as easement acquisitions, partial fee taking, eminent domain, wetlands, easement estates for pipelines, public roadway expansions, public utility lines projects and condemnation type work as assigned to the ROW team.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bellamy worked for Mahaffey and Associates where he worked as a Real Estate apprentice, specializing in commercial office, retail, industrial, and vacant land property types. Performing extensive market research, data analysis with keeping with the latest local, regional and national real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
