James Cohn

James Cohn is a Senior Vice President at CBRE specializing in industrial real estate across the Metro Phoenix market. With more than a decade of experience, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to landlords, tenants, investors, and developers — executing transactions ranging from 5,000 to 600,000 square feet across all segments of the market.

Over the course of his career, James has completed hundreds of industrial transactions, including large-scale deals for nationally recognized brands. His command of market dynamics, combined with a disciplined approach to complex negotiations, consistently delivers results for clients on both sides of the table — whether in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, or ground-up development.

A Phoenix native, James began his commercial real estate career at CBRE, where he quickly rose to the top of the market earning the title of Senior Vice President over his nine year tenure. He subsequently joined Stream Realty Partners to open and lead the industrial branch in the Phoenix market, where he led high-profile industrial transactions and contributed to the growth of the firm’s industrial platform over three years. In 2025, James returned to CBRE to continue serving clients at the highest level.
