James J. Dennin is a Senior Vice President with CBRE. Before joing CBRE in 2015, James spent nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director focusing on tenant representation services primarily working with non-profits and associations.
As a broker, Mr. Dennin evaluates client specifications and requirements, and he provides information to assist clients in evaluating their real estate options. James specializes in office leasing and owner occupied sales.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, James was on the real estate development team at the Bernstein Companies, where he was involved in the acquisition of new assets as well as property management.
