James Ewing is a Senior Vice President based in CBRE's Dallas office, working alongside Ward Richmond, Cole Hooper, Amanda Richards and Keller Strauss to advise leading occupiers on complex industrial and supply chain real estate decisions across North America.

James and his team specialize in the acquisition and disposition of supply chain real estate, including distribution centers, last-mile facilities, truck terminals, truck maintenance facilities, manufacturing facilities, and industrial land. His primary focus is account management, project execution and strategic advisory.

He works closely with his clients to develop and implement corporate real estate strategies, solve complex. The team's capabilities include market and site analysis, financial modeling, portfolio and facilities planning, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and other transaction advisory services.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, James relocated to Dallas in 2019, where he lives with his wife and newborn daughter.
