James Few

Tampa-native James Few is the Sales Manager for CBRE's North Florida Markets, leading and optimizing sales performance, strategy and client relationships for CBRE's operations in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and Southwest Florida.

Mr. Few began his real estate career as an intern with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Inc. (HFF) in their Tampa office, supporting the hospitality and multifamily investment sales divisions. Most recently, he worked with CBRE Capital Markets specializing in the sale of multifamily assets across the state of Florida. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Few worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver as a multifamily investment sales broker focused on middle markets. Before that, he worked as a Senior Associate at HREC Investment Advisors, where he led the investment sales and capital markets analysis and support for HREC’s nationwide hospitality brokerage service.

Mr. Few has proven experience in all stages of the sales and marketing process, including new business development, valuation/underwriting, property marketing, contract negotiation and closing. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Few is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where he played quarterback for the varsity football team. Passionate about education, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough Education Foundation.
