Tampa-native James Few works with CBRE Capital Markets specializing in the sale of multifamily assets across Central, Southwest and North Florida.
Mr. Few began his real estate career as an intern with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Inc. (HFF) in their Tampa office, supporting the hospitality and multifamily investment sales divisions. He then worked as a Senior Associate in HREC Investment Advisor’s Denver office, where he provided investment sales and capital markets analysis and support for HREC’s nationwide hospitality brokerage service. Most recently, Mr. Few worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver as a multifamily investment sales broker focused on middle markets.
He has proven experience in all stages of the sale and marketing process, including new business development, valuation/underwriting, property marketing, contract negotiation and closing. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Few is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where he played quarterback for the varsity football team.

Team History
Our team as be specializing in the Middle Markets space since the early 2000’s. We started at Marcus & Millichap where our high level of success had us consistently finishing within the top 20 of all brokers. We were later recruited over to CBRE in 2019 to full a Middle Markets void where CBRE never had a presence. We have achieved over a billion dollars in sales a couple times in the last few years, which is impressive given market conditions. Our team has been able to operate at a high level in a space that CBRE has never Competed. Currently, we have 1 team consisting of 5 producers and 2 analysts.
Markets
Our main territories are the Gulf Coast of Florida as well as Noth Florida Market. Generally, our primary focus include assets in the cities of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers as well as the Space Coast.
