James Olson is a Senior Consultant in the Los Angeles office of CBRE Hotels Advisory. He specializes in market feasibility studies, appraisals, development feasibility studies, development consulting, and fiscal and economic impact studies for hotels. His clients have included major lenders, hotel REITS, private equity firms and local government agencies.
James holds a Master of Management degree in Hospitality from Cornell University, and prior to joining CBRE, he worked in hotel operations in Beverly Hills, China, and Japan.
