James Petrovcik joined CBRE in 2024 as an Associate Broker. He specializes in office leasing with a focus on client representation in the acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities. Additionally, James advises clients in complex lease and sales negotiations by providing appropriate economic and market intelligence to assist them in executing smart and informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining CBRE, James graduated from Villanova University where he majored in Economics. He also graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University with a specialization in Strategic Market Management. While at Villanova, James was a scholarship athlete on the football team where they won their conference championship in 2021. He was a member of the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll throughout his time at Villanova.
