Mr. Troxell currently serves as Vice President, Marketing with CBRE's Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this role, James is responsible for the creation and oversight of all multifamily marketing collateral. Prior to joining CBRE, James was with Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group and specialized in the sale of multifamily properties throughout the Northeast. James has been integral in providing the team with marketing support and the design services necessary to assist in the sale of multifamily properties. James has assisted in the marketing of over $12.5 billion worth of multifamily transactions.
