Mr. Tully joined CBRE in 1992 and is based in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. Since joining CBRE, he has consistently been a top producer – regularly ranking with the top five producers in New Jersey – and has been consistently recognized as a top national producer at the CBRE’s Annual Sales Recognition Summit. He is one of a select group of CBRE brokers to have been awarded the title of Executive Vice President (Honorary Title) in the state of New Jersey. His integrity, creativity and tireless dedication to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations are valued by his customers and respected by his peers.

Mr. Tully has been recognized by CBRE as one of the Top 250 brokers in the United States—fourteen times in his 28-year career with CBRE. In 2012, he was honored by CBRE as the top producer in the State of New Jersey for the second consecutive year and for the sixth time overall. Mr. Tully is a licensed real estate broker in both New York and New Jersey. He focuses on the New York City suburban markets, and the Northern New Jersey markets, but has utilized the CBRE national platform to support the real estate needs of his clients across the country.

He is widely acknowledged as an expert on the markets he serves, frequently called upon by local and national publications to provide insightful analysis into the dynamics of those submarkets. Mr. Tully was awarded Deal of the Year for the creative transactional services provided as exclusive tenant representative on behalf of Bayer in a lease transaction with Reckson Associates. In 2001, Mack-Cali presented Mr. Tully with the prestigious Broker of the Year Award for the New York suburban markets. Mr. Tully received the NAIOP NJ Industrial Deal of the Year for transactional services on behalf of Target in 2017. Mr. Tully is also active in his community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Dominican College, Chairman of the Board of the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, Board of Directors for the Rockland County Business Association, coaching in local CYO and Little League programs, as well as a Trustee for the Rockland County Boy Scouts Trust Fund.
