James West is a Vice President in the CBRE Madison office where he focuses on Advisory and Transaction services. He uses his background in portfolio management and relationship management to guide investors, developers, and tenants through transactions and negotiate on their behalf.

Prior to working in commercial real estate, James spent over two decades in the finance and banking industry. As a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, he was entrusted with the oversight of an aggregate $200 million loan portfolio and growing market share within the local market.
