James “Jamie” Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, specializes in industrial real estate, including leasing, sales, investment properties, and land brokerage throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area and Northeast Oklahoma. A lifelong Tulsan and University of Oklahoma graduate, Jamie advises local, regional, and national clients on industrial real estate transactions.
As First Vice President with CBRE, Jamie represents sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, site selection, build-to-suit opportunities, sale-leaseback transactions, and investment sales. His brokerage experience includes manufacturing plants, including crane-served facilities, warehouse and distribution properties, production and assembly facilities, large-scale food distribution centers with cold storage, and industrial and commercial land. His experience includes industrial facilities approaching 500,000 square feet.
