James “Jamie” Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, specializes in industrial leasing, sales, investment properties, and land brokerage throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area and Northeast Oklahoma. A lifelong Tulsan and graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Jamie advises local, regional, and national clients on industrial real estate transactions.
As First Vice President with CBRE, Jamie represents sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, site selection, build-to-suit developments, sale-leaseback transactions, and investment sales. His transaction experience includes manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution properties, production and assembly facilities, food distribution and cold storage properties—some involving industrial facilities approaching 500,000 square feet—as well as industrial and commercial land sales.
