Jamie Swirtz

Jamie Swirtz serves as a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Phoenix. He specializes in office leasing and sales across the Southeast Valley, including Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert.

Since joining CBRE in 2009, Jamie has completed more than 700 transactions, including 106 in a single year (2023). His extensive experience in the Southeast Valley has led him to represent over 100 properties and more than 60 landlords, establishing him as a trusted expert in the region.

Jamie is recognized for establishing strong client relationships built on trust, hard work, and loyalty. His strategic approach and deep market knowledge consistently deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve their real estate goals.

A Mesa native, Jamie began his career at CBRE as an intern while attending Arizona State University. His dedication and drive propelled him through the ranks from researcher to associate, culminating in his current title.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys an active lifestyle, spending as much time with his wife and four kids.
