Jamion is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Chicago Agency Leasing practice, where he is known for driving exceptional value for premier office assets. With a foundation built in financial acumen and a tireless work ethic, Jamion has facilitated more than 4 million square feet of transactions throughout his career.
Specializing in high-profile office leasing, Jamion has represented some of Chicago’s most iconic properties including 1 North Wacker (formerly UBS Tower), 71 South Wacker (formerly Hyatt Center) and 300 North LaSalle. Jamion is recognized for his innovative approach leveraging tailored vacant space video marketing and strategic social media engagement to elevate property exposure, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jamion spent six years with Irvine Company, overseeing leasing for its 4.5 million square foot Chicago office portfolio of Trophy assets. Before Irvine Company, Jamion held roles in Accounting, Project Management of Automation Projects and Agency Leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”).
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Jamion brings a unique global perspective and competitive mindset to his work. A graduate of Ball State University, he captained the Men’s Volleyball Team and earned international recognition playing professionally throughout Europe, and serving as captain of the Jamaican National Volleyball Team from 2014 to 2018.
