Jana Polte, Program Manager, is part of CBRE’s Knowledge Management Team. Her primary focus is to look after the hearts and minds of new CBRE transaction management professionals. As part of Knowledge Management, she is responsible for the development and implementation of our onboarding and training programs for the Transaction Management community.
In addition to onboarding & training, Jana works with Client Care and Recruiting to forecast future positions and ensure there is a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
In her former role, as part of Customer Success, she was responsible for the deployment, training, and continued support/updates of many of CBRE’s technology tools. Ms. Polte was also responsible for the training and implementation of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) interface as a member of the Florida Sales Management team.
Jana joined CBRE in 2013, bringing a diverse background in education, residential real estate, and property management. Before coming to CBRE, she taught middle school and worked with a large residential property management company in Gainesville, Florida. Ms. Polte’s background in commercial real estate, along with her Master’s in education, help add substantial value to her role.
