Janet is a seasoned expert and member of a top performing Global Advisory & Transaction team in Silicon Valley, helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy. As a focused occupier representative, Janet specializes in global portfolio optimization, advisory, and transaction management for the corporations and law firms that she represents. She seeks opportunistic savings, optimal seat count efficiency, reduced footprints, minimal capital investments and leasehold leverage with maximum flexibility for her corporate clients in her negotiations of relocations, renewals, and dispositions of properties around the world. Over the course of her 20+ year career, she has completed office and industrial transactions in 24 countries, 30 states, and 105 cities.

Janet joined CBRE after spending 20 years in brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, she was the Corporate Real Estate Manager of Vanstar Corporation.

Outside her role at CBRE, Janet has been on the Advisory Board of Wardrobe for Opportunity as their Real Estate Advisor, a long term member of the Junior League, and a chairperson for Run for Education for Diablo Vista and Tassajara Hills.
