Jared Freede is an Executive Vice President at CBRE where he has established himself as one of the most sought after real estate advisors dedicated to tenant representation in New York and nationally. Jared develops and implements bespoke real estate strategies on behalf of companies across many industries. Over the last 15 years, Jared and his team have negotiated real estate transactions totaling 15M square feet, with a total value of more than $4B.

Jared provides his clients with strategic scenario planning, market research and financial option development which play a critical role in the implementation of corporate real estate plans. He maintains long-term relationships with many of the largest retailers in the United States, and has extensive experience representing high-growth e-commerce companies. Jared offers his clients the full scope of CBRE’s service lines including office and retail leasing, supply chain consulting, labor analytics, workplace strategy, and project management.

Jared lives in Westchester County with his wife Jessica, and their three children.
