Jared Fried is a Senior Debt Analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance group at CBRE, focused on raising debt and equity capital for a wide client base across all commercial real estate assets, and with a particular focus on client service.
Previously, Jared was a Senior Associate at Meridian Capital Group where he was responsible for originating and structuring commercial real estate transactions on behalf of large owners, investors, and developers nationwide. While at Meridian, he originated, structured and closed transactions totaling over $1.0 billion.
Prior to joining Meridian, he was a Senior Associate at Rosewood Realty Group where he advised on over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate sales in the five boroughs as well as across the United States.
Jared received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan as well as his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
