Jared London

Jared London is a Vice President in the Global Advisory and Transactions Services Group at CBRE, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation and is based out of Midtown Manhattan.  Experience on both sides of a transaction not only provides Jared with consistent market intelligence and evolving office trends, but also provides a well-rounded perspective when negotiating on behalf of either side of the table.

Notable tenant rep transactions include the Cowen Groups’ renewal and expansion of its 125,000-sq.-ft. lease at 599 Lexington Avenue; Arnold & Porter’s disposition of 75,000 sq. ft. at 399 Park Avenue; and Jenner & Block’s disposition of 20,000 sq. ft. at 919 Third Avenue. Additionally, Jared was involved in transactions for creative and financial tenants such as 7Park Data, iAnthus Capital Management, Cravath Swaine Moore, Fuze Technologies, Human Condition Global, Vivvi, Inc, and Carlton Associates—falling typically in the 5,000 to 20,000-sq.-ft. range.

On the landlord side of the business, Jared represents Stawski Partners on the leasing and marketing of 360 Madison Avenue, 565 Fifth Avenue and 1212 Avenue of the Americas. Recent notable transactions in this portfolio include 45,000 sq. ft. for ETC. Venues and 15,000 sq. ft. for Aareal Capital Corporation at 360 Madison; 14,000 sq. ft. for Eurotech at 1212 Avenue of the Americas; and 10,000 sq. ft. for Shiseido Cosmetics at 565 Fifth Avenue. Jared also represents the Sapir Organization at 260 and 261 Madison Avenue in partnership with CBRE’s Agency Group. Recent transactions in those buildings include a 130,000-sq.-ft. renewal for McLaughlin Stern; 50,000-sq.-ft. renewal/expansion for the Solomon Page Group; 37,000-sq.-ft. renewal/expansion for Hanes Group; 18,000-sq.-ft. new lease for Allergen; 18,000-sq.-ft. new lease for Guidepost Solutions; 14,000-sq.-ft. new lease for RR Donnelly; and a 10,000-sq.-ft. new lease for RoC Cosmetics.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Jared worked as an associate at MHP Real Estate Services. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of account management including lease relocations and renegotiations, financial analysis, and business development. Aside from his real estate experience, Jared worked with Sony Music in marketing and licensing, as well as with other talent and advertising agencies.

Jared graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While there, he was actively involved with the Real Estate Club and was a brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. Jared is an avid musician and instrumentalist honored as an All-State New York Percussionist in 2009.
