Jared London is a Vice President in the Global Advisory and Transactions Services Group at CBRE, where he has focused on tenant and landlord representation for the last 10 years. Experience on both sides of the table not only provides Jared with consistent market intelligence and knowledge of the city’s ever-evolving real estate trends, but also offers a well-rounded perspective when negotiating on behalf of his clients.
Notable tenant rep transactions include Cornerstone Research’s renewal of its 70,000 -sq.-ft. lease at 599 Lexington Avenue; the Cowen Group’s renewal and expansion of its 125,000-sq.-ft. lease at 599 Lexington Avenue; the Municipal Credit Union’s renewal of its 90,000-sq.-ft. lease at 22 Cortlandt Street, Arnold & Porter’s disposition of 75,000 sq. ft. at 399 Park Avenue; Kensington Publishing’s 18,000-sq.-ft. relocation to 900 Third Avenue, and Jenner & Block’s disposition of 20,000 sq. ft. at 919 Third Avenue. He has also been instrumental in a wide range of modest transactions for multiple TAMI and Financial Services tenants and startups.
On the landlord side of the business, Jared represents Stawski Partners in the leasing and marketing of 360 Madison Avenue and 565 Fifth Avenue. Recent notable transactions in this portfolio include the 70,000-sq.-ft. expansion for Convene, the 50,000-sq.-ft. renewal of Morvillo Abramowitz, the 40,000-sq.-ft. renewal and expansion of Kookmin Bank, and the 15,000-sq.-ft. new lease with Vestwell.
Jared also represents the Sapir Organization at 260 and 261 Madison Avenue, and The Moinian Group at 60 Madison, 460 Park Avenue South, and 3 Columbus Circle in partnership with CBRE’s Agency Group. Recent transactions in those buildings include a 130,000-sq.-ft. renewal for McLaughlin Stern; 50,000-sq.-ft. renewal/expansion for the Solomon Page Group; 37,000-sq.-ft. renewal/expansion for Hanes Group; 25,000-sq ft. new lease with Spring Health; 18,000-sq.-ft. new lease for Allergen; 18,000-sq.-ft. new lease for Guidepost Solutions; 14,000-sq.-ft. new lease for Guidepost Solutions; 14,000-sq.-ft. new lease for RR Donnelly; and a 10,000-sq.-ft. new lease for RoC Cosmetics.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Jared worked as an associate at MHP Real Estate Services. He is an avid musician and instrumentalist honored as an All-State New York Percussionist in 2009.
