Jared May

Jared May provides market leading Advisory & Transaction Services to corporate and local office, flex, industrial, and medical users in Colorado Springs. Jared has extensive experience representing clients with new facility openings, relocations, consolidations, lease restructures and renewals, site selection, build-to-suit construction projects, and investment sales throughout Southern Colorado.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Jared serves as an advisor, advocate and partner in navigating the often challenging issues associated with occupancy requirements. Through creative problem solving, transaction structuring and sophisticated analytical capabilities, he provides clients customized commercial real estate options that address their specific challenges and meet business objectives in an increasingly complex business environment.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jared served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army (2003-2008) deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2006. He proudly continues his service in the Army Reserves.
