Jaselle Luna is a commercial real estate advisor that specializes in retail advisory and transaction services with CBRE. Born and raised in San Antonio, Jaselle brings an intimate, ground-level understanding of the city's many neighborhoods and submarket dynamics.
As a former business owner who co-founded, scaled, and successfully sold a media company, Jaselle understands what her clients are building — and what's at stake. She believes relationships are the foundation of every successful outcome and pairs that philosophy with CBRE's proprietary data intelligence platforms to deliver strategies that are deeply personal, powerfully informed, and executed at the highest level.
Jaselle combines a hunter mentality with a consultative approach — working to deeply understand each client's business objectives before developing a tailored real estate strategy. She is particularly passionate about San Antonio's urban core and the evolving retail and food & beverage landscape within it, partnering with owners and operators who are shaping the city's next chapter.
Jaselle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is an active community contributor, serving as a sustainer with the Junior League of San Antonio where she volunteers with numerous local non-profits. Outside of work, you can find her on the soccer fields with her children or practicing her golf game.
