As Senior Vice President, Jason Dillee participates in CBRE’s industrial services group in Houston. Jason has experience in the many different areas of commercial real estate from tenant and landlord representation to asset acquisition, development and disposition and has completed hundreds of transactions valued at over $300 million. Jason’s education and professional background have provided him the skill set to consistently bring measurable value to his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jason was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on industrial leasing and development in Houston. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Jason was Principal with Holt Lunsford Commercial focusing on industrial leasing and development for Houston. As Principal for the Houston office, Jason more than doubled HLC’s Houston portfolio in just two years. Before, joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, Jason was with Colliers International where he primarily focused on tenant and landlord representation. Jason began his commercial real estate career with AVERA Companies where he focused on acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of industrial properties throughout Houston.
