Jason Frazier is a Senior Vice President in the Midtown Manhattan offices of CBRE, Inc. Since 2004, Jason has advised on and implemented transactions for tenants in the New York City and global office markets. Jason’s clients hail from a wide range of industries and operate in local, national and international capacities. Jason’s experience and track record with both Landlords and Tenants alike has enabled him to successfully complete a multitude of complex transactions for his clients throughout his career.
Jason focuses primarily in representing corporations with operations in Manhattan's Midtown and Midtown South districts. He has represented a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, law firms, financial services firms, fashion, advertising, publishing, entertainment and non-profit organizations for both lease acquisitions and space dispositions. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of all components of real estate transactions have resulted in superior execution and substantial savings for his clients.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Frazier worked as a Marketing Manager with a Japanese multi-national company, Marubeni America Corporation. His career with Marubeni focused on new business development and account management. He traveled extensively in Asia, South America, and within the United States.
Jason attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. At Ithaca, he earned his degree in International Business with a focus on Latin regions. Mr. Frazier spent 2 years living in Spain both during and after graduation and is fluent in Spanish.
