Jason Frazier is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Tenant Representation Group, now based in Austin, Texas after nearly two decades in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Since 2004, Jason has advised and executed office transactions for tenants across New York City, Texas, and nationally, bringing a global perspective to complex real estate needs.
Jason holds active real estate licenses in both New York and Texas and continues to represent clients in Manhattan, Austin, and major markets across the U.S. His clients span Fortune 500 companies, law firms, financial services, fashion, advertising, publishing, entertainment, and non-profits. Known for his detailed approach and ability to drive competitive leverage in negotiations, Jason has delivered meaningful savings and successful outcomes for a wide range of organizations.
Before his career in real estate, Jason worked as a Marketing Manager with Marubeni America Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese multinational. In that role, he focused on new business development and account management, traveling extensively across Asia, South America, and the U.S.
Jason earned his degree in International Business from Ithaca College, with a concentration in Latin regions. He also lived in Spain for two years and is fluent in Spanish
