Jason Gorman is an Executive Vice President of CBRE’s Consulting Group. Jason has been involved in the negotiation and structuring of complex lease, acquisition and sales transactions for a wide range of tenants. With a strong consulting background and an in-depth understanding of the economic and financial statement implications of various complex real estate transactions, Jason has played an integral role in the strategic planning and implementation phases of numerous tenant representation assignments. In addition, Jason brings a wealth of market knowledge and experience to the development of creative and unique occupancy scenarios and the pursuit of various real estate occupancy strategies.
Jason has considerable experience completing a variety of real estate transactions, including headquarters transactions (both existing product and new construction), dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions. In addition to his extensive Manhattan experience, Jason has considerable multi-market transaction experience, having completed transactions for numerous law firms and financial services firms in Atlanta, Boston, Calgary, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, Panama, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Sao Paulo and Toronto.
