Jason Kimmel joined CBRE in June 2025 to co-lead land investment sales for Southern California. He previously spent over two decades with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group (beginning in 2004), specializing in representing developers, and started his career at CBRE in 2001 as a financial analyst.
Jason Kimmel co-leads one of the premier brokerage teams for institutional land transactions in Southern California and beyond. His expertise spans urban infill, large-scale residential communities, mixed-use developments, and high-density multifamily projects.
Renowned for his market knowledge, trusted developer relationships, and consistent ability to execute complex deals, he has advised many of the nation’s top home builders and institutional investors.
