Jason Rosauer joined CBRE in 2023 after a successful 21 year career at Kidder Mathews. As part of one of the leading industrial and investment sales teams in the region, Jason brings a strong focus on strategic land and industrial sales transactions, with experience in complex negotiations and marketing in specialty industry practices, such as municipal, waterfront and grocery specific needs.
