Professional Experience
Jason has 22 years of experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development and is a licensed professional engineer. Jason spent six years at Thornton Tomasetti as a structural engineer working on projects such as Soldier Field, Trump Tower Peer Review, Chicago Transit Authority, and O’HareInternational Airport. His time at First Industrial Realty Trust in the real estate development group allowed him to build significant relationships with the Chicagoland industrial brokerage community and at the same time gain valuable experience in ground up development. In his most recent role with Beneficial Reuse Management he spearheaded strategic expansion and growth plans and developed beneficial relationships with prospective client representatives including many Fortune 500 companies. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and DePaul University, where he earned a master’s degree in Business Administration.
