Jason is currently the Director of Finance dedicated to the Regions Bank account at CBRE. He leads the day-to-day financial operations of the onsite accounting staff which includes accounts payable for operating expenses and capital costs, full service budgeting and forecasting, portfolio administration services, fixed asset analysis and reconciliation as well as financial reporting.Prior to joining CBRE, Jason was with Colonial Properties Trust, a multifamily REIT with assets in the sunbelt region of the United States. As a member of the accounting leadership team, he focused on managing the accounting and lease administration functions of the commercial portfolio consisting of 11 million square feet of office and retail space.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Jason held Corporate Accounting roles within various industries including financial brokerage and print and mail services.
Jason is an active CPA licensed in the state of Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
