Associated Office
Jay Sholl is a Senior Vice President in the San Francisco office of CBRE and is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Services Group. Prior to rejoining CBRE, Mr. Sholl was a development partner with Rouse & Associates (Liberty Property Trust) for12 years specializing in office and industrial properties on a speculative and “build to suit” basis in the Mid-Atlantic states and in the United Kingdom.
From 1994 through 2001, he specialized in institutional investment sales on the West Coast, joining CBRE in 1998 as the Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets Group for the Pacific Northwest Region. In 2002, Mr. Sholl joined the Trammell Crow Company and focused on corporate clients providing comprehensive insight and expertise in real estate investment/ capital markets, finance, development and portfolio strategies.
