Jeff Dreher, SIOR, MBA

Jeff Dreher joined CBRE in March of 2024 in the Louisville, Kentucky office as a Senior Vice President and has over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry. Jeff specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties and office tenant and landlord representation. His representative clients include landlords, headquarters relocations, healthcare companies, law firms, call centers, data centers, financial service firms, and general office users.

Jeff began his real estate brokerage career in 1994 with Commercial Kentucky/Cushman & Wakefield and later joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2019. In addition to receiving numerous awards, including being named to the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame, Jeff has served for several organizations, including the Metro United Way, the Boy Scouts of America, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the March of Dimes, and the Jefferson County Tax Assessment Appeals Board.
