Jeff Feldman is a Vice President at CBRE, Debt & Structured Finance primarily responsible for the evaluation, structuring, underwriting, negotiation, and closing of financing opportunities across the country with a focus on the New York City metropolitan area. He joined CBRE in June 2024 bringing additional expertise in the middle market commercial real estate lending landscape. Jeff has been a part of over $1 billion in commercial real estate financing transactions, arranging financing with approximately 50 unique lenders across nearly all asset classes.
Jeff has established relationships with a variety of debt and capital sources including balance sheet lenders, CMBS lenders, credit unions, banks, debt funds, agency financing, LifeCos, hard money, preferred equity, mezzanine, and CTL financing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff spent five-years at AANDAR Real Estate Capital as Senior Vice President where he led the origination, underwriting, negotiation, and closing of financing transactions, tailoring customs solutions according to client needs.
Prior to AANDAR, Jeff spent three years at Time Equities Inc. as a financial reporting associate as part of a small group responsible for the reporting of approximately 450 entities and properties to principals and investors of the firm.
