Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hodson served as a Managing Director at Newmark on
its Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team. After accepting a partnership role in
2020, Mr. Hodson directly closed over $2 billion of office, life science, flex, and
industrial investment sales. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Hodson worked at HFF in
Portland, OR as a Senior Analyst where he provided analytics and marketing
strategies for office, industrial, and retail transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
