Jeff Jochums is a leader in the Tenant Representation and Corporate Account Services work for the past twenty years and has practiced commercial brokerage since 1995. He applies his expertise to clients of all sizes, from start-up companies to public firms, guiding them through every facet of the leasing and real estate cycle.
Jeff’s reputation always works towards building strong foundational relationships, focusing on what is best for his clients with the highest level of ethical standards. Many of his clients are long-term, including SanMar Corporation, the University of Washington, Windermere Real Estate and Expedia. Jeff has successfully represented in excess of 10 million square feet in leasing and sales transactions in the Puget Sound area, domestically and overseas.
During Jeff’s initial tenure, he represented several high-rise and CBD buildings for both private and institutional landlords giving him a unique insight into the mind site of property owners allowing him to better structure transactions for his occupier clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and helped create an Occupier Services team focused on collaboration and looking beyond real estate to help solve his client’s business needs. He was a member of C&W’s exclusive Tenant Advisory group and continues to deliver the highest level of service in the management and oversight of corporate lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his clients.
