Jeff Parker

Jeff Parker, CCIM is a Senior Vice President in the Norfolk office of CBRE. Jeff is a native of Hampton Roads and has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in the leasing and sales of office, flex, and retail properties, and his primary geographic focus is Southern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.

Jeff started his career in 2000 in the Norfolk office of the CBRE affiliate and spent several years in corporate services and private client sales. Parker has a broad leasing and portfolio management background and was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Dollar Tree Inc., followed by Director of Leasing for a publicly traded shopping center REIT from 2010 to 2017.

Jeff’s extensive transactional experience includes the leasing and sale of institutional grade, net leased, and locally owned assets. His practice involves asset acquisition and disposition, tenant and landlord lease negotiation, portfolio analysis, and build to suit.

Jeff is a trusted advisor and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM). His diverse background in commercial real estate ensures that he consistently delivers informed and creative solutions to his clients.
