As Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Norfolk office with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff Parker’s role as advisor and consultant to his clients is supported by a unique background resulting in a proven track record of transactional efficiency, maximized cost savings, and increased asset value.
Jeff began his career in CBRE’s Norfolk office, spending nine years before transitioning to Dollar Tree Inc., as a real estate portfolio manager. He then served as Director of Leasing for a publicly traded REIT, before returning to CBRE with a comprehensive background in lease negotiation and asset optimization, utilizing industry’s best practices.
Jeff specializes in office and flex leasing and multiple asset class investment sales. He provides a range of services including lease negotiation, asset acquisition and disposition, financial analysis, market analysis, consulting, and build-to-suit.
Having been a property owner and manager for several years, Jeff possesses a deep understanding of assets at the property level. He recognizes the importance of consistent communication, responsiveness, and proactivity with his clients and tenants.
