Jeff Scanlan is a long tenured professional who specializes in office and high-tech leasing, sales and corporate advisory services. Mr. Scanlan was the recipient of the first year Distinguished Achievement Award “Rookie of the Year” and has been a top producer over the years in the Seattle/Eastside marketplace. He has been a frequent speaker for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP Forecast Breakfast, IREM and CBRE’ Forecast Breakfast. Mr. Scanlan has been a SIOR nominee for Office Broker of the Year as well as a Co-Star Power broker of the year on numerous occasions. He has been involved in over 800 lease and sale transactions and total consideration of $2.0 billion over the last thirty plus years.
