Jeff Sorensen

With a background in architecture and project management, Jeff Sorensen has recently joined the CBRE Omaha office with over 17 years in the construction and design industries. As a Senior Project Manager with CBRE, Jeff is currently managing various projects in the Omaha metro, including new facilities for Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, Ideal Eyecare, Lovely Skin and others. Jeff brings his unique background of healthcare, hospitality, and data center construction together with an eye for space planning and the design process to provide a dual role for the client. Jeff’s previous experience includes the role of Architect for multiple mixed-use developments, Division Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction for a large national healthcare system, and Senior Project Manager for one of the world’s largest data centers. His most recent projects prior to joining the CBRE Omaha team includes working on a $37M ambulatory care center, an $80M hospital tower, and multiple critical power capacity, office, and café projects within an active data center fleet.

Jeff also enjoys using his free time to help others in the community. He has used his excellent communication and people skills to assist in non-profit capital campaigns and continues to support many initiatives within his church community – including construction and design support for a new worship center and church for St. Patrick’s in Elkhorn. Jeff also assists in distribution of funds to support church/school needs at St. Patrick’s through the Men’s Club.
