Jeff Vertun

Senior Vice President Jeff Vertun is an occupier leasing specialist at CBRE and is based in Century City, CA. Jeff is one of the firm's preeminent Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services professionals. He has completed millions of square feet in transactions and assists clients with their local, national and international lease, sales, financing and construction projects.

Jeff’s specialty is in working closely with companies to align their business plans with optimal real estate strategy, to help meaningfully improve their office and industrial real estate needs as a vehicle for further growth. He works closely with executives to analyze their office workplace and warehouse network logistics requirements, have challenging strategic conversations, bring clarity to opportunities through data-driven and technology resources, and then executes thoroughly. Each client is treated like a long-term relationship and he prides himself on hustle, communication, and collaboration.

From managing international 3PL real estate portfolios, to one-off HQ real estate assignments, Jeff is known for his commitment, responsiveness and thoroughness and for his ability and willingness to make synergistic business introductions for clients through his network.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Jeff held positions at Avison Young where he helped form and run the firm’s Global Technology/New Media Practice Group, as well as holding a position at Cushman & Wakefield.
