Jeffrey C. Babikian is an Vice Chairman at CBRE and is based in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. Jeff was one of the initial members hired at Edward S. Gordon Company (Insignia) prior to its purchase by CBRE. Since then, Jeff has become one of the most active and highly respected brokers in the Tri-State area. His consultative approach has led to long-term relationships and a career representing occupiers, investment clients and landlords in all facets of the commercial real estate process, on a local and national level.
Jeff continues to develop and implement short and long-term real estate strategies for a diverse client base that ranges from Fortune 500 corporations to non-profit institutions, as well as emerging growth companies.
In 2019, Jeff became an Advisory Board member of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate. He is consistently ranked as a top broker in the state and has won numerous industry awards including “Broker of the Year” several times, and is a multiple Colbert Coldwell Circle recipient representing the nation’s top 3%. He is also a multiple recipient for NAIOP’s Transaction of the Year Award and has been recognized as one of NJBiz’s 50 most influential people in the real estate industry.
Jeff maintains a high level of community and charitable involvement. He
has contributed his time as Event Co-Chairman of Shelter Our Sisters,
committee member of the Northern New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts
of America and is an active consultant to the Bergen County Economic
Development Corporation. Jeff is married with four children residing in
Ridgewood, New Jersey.
