Jeffrey Calentino, MAI, CPA (Inactive) is an Executive Vice President working in the Southern California Region of CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group with over 33 years of valuation experience. He is a member of the Southern California Industrial Specialist Team and is a regional specialist in conducting valuations for financial reporting (FAS ASC Topic 805-Business Combinations; and others). He has experience in valuing all areas of income producing properties, including industrial, office, medical office, retail, apartments (FNMA & FHLMC formats) and special use properties. Mr. Calentino has been designated as an expert witness in Orange County and Los Angeles County Superior Courts.
His professional career began at Deloitte LLP in 1987. He has been appraising commercial real estate since 1989. This includes five years (1997-2002) of Wall Street lending/underwriting experience at Column Financial, a Credit Suisse Company, as a Director of Loan Origination for the Western U.S. With his CPA (Inactive) background and Wall Street lending experience, he brings a unique, seasoned approach to valuation.
