Jeff Fritch

Jeff Fritch is a Senior Vice President based out of CBRE’s Ontario Office, where he focuses on representing occupiers, investors, developers and landowners of industrial real estate in the Inland Empire. Jeff’s strong work ethic, client-centric approach, creative solutions and analytical thinking has enabled him to service his clients at the highest level.

Mr. Fritch has been focused on brokerage of industrial properties since beginning his career in 2008 in the Bay Area. Since joining CBRE in late 2014, Jeff has been involved in over $1.5 billion of industrial and land transactions, including the disposition of over 626 acres on land in the Inland Empire. Currently, Jeff is actively listing over 7 million square feet of existing warehouse buildings, under construction and planned warehouse projects.

Additionally, Jeff continues to represent numerous occupier clients across the spectrum in an advisory role to meet their needs whether it be expanding or restructuring their supply chain, subleasing excess space, or purchasing a facility to occupy.

Jeff graduated in 2008 from UC Berkeley where he played offensive line on the Cal Bears football team. Jeff is a native of Southern California and currently resides with his wife and daughter in Pasadena.
