Jeffrey Majewski

Jeff oversees the day-to-day operational execution for CBRE’s Capital Markets business in the United States, comprised of Property Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, and Capital Advisors. In this role, he supervises internal functions, including finance, new product implementation, special projects, business analytics, compliance, and employee support teams.

During his 35 years of experience, Jeff has worked in every aspect of the commercial real estate finance business, from loan originations and servicing, asset management, and lender and client development, as well as the detailed day-to-day operations of running the business. In addition, Jeff has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and the subsequent integration of the acquired operations. 

Prior to returning to CBRE in 2012, Jeff was the executive managing director of Grubb & Ellis’ Capital Markets Group from 2010-2012. Jeff began his commercial real estate career while at Arthur Andersen, serving as an independent auditor for commercial and single-family home developers located in Houston, Texas.
