Jeffrey Myrdek

As the Global Director of Energy and Sustainability on the Cisco account, Jeffrey leads a staff of energy professionals focused on driving Cisco’s energy management project pipeline in the US, Canada and India. This includes over 17 million square feet of office, data center, and laboratory space. The Energy and Sustainability program has been able to generate savings and implement innovative projects that drive Cisco’s vison and strategy.

Recently completed projects include:

• CISCO’s FY15 $16 M in development and execution of Energy Projects which will yield an annualized reduction in energy cost of $4.4 M
• Deployment and execution of three new energy savings technologies
• Developed Standardized Chiller Optimization Projects for FY16 exceeding $6M in cost and $2M in annualized Energy saving

Prior to joining the Cisco team, Jeffrey was an Energy Manager at CBRE on the Bank of America account. He provided program oversight of their energy and sustainably projects for over 21MSF of retail, offices and critical facilities in the Northeastern US region.

Jeffrey’s extensive experience brings a bottom-line focus to all aspects of Energy, Facilities, Project Management, Construction Administration, and Real Estate Management. He is an experienced team builder who is able to work at all levels of the organization while simultaneously supporting both CBRE and our client’s interests.
