Jeffrey C. Welch

Jeffrey Welch specializes in advising global occupiers of real estate in portfolio optimization and transaction strategy with an emphasis in assisting AM Law 100 law firms in managing their global portfolios.

He has completed over 20.1 million SF of transactions during his 25-year career, providing comprehensive analysis of the complex factors impacting occupancy decisions, sophisticated financial modeling, multi-pronged negotiating strategies and continued post-occupancy advisory services. He has an in-depth knowledge of the business drivers and real estate trends impacting global law firms, and has implemented significant cost-cutting and workplace strategy solutions around the globe for his clients.

Mr. Welch joined CBRE in 2015 with his partner, Lynn Williams, after 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cushman Realty Corporation). Since his arrival at CBRE, he has been one of twenty members of CBRE’s Americas Producers Advisory Board (APAB) which is provides strategic direction for the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services businesses.
